Thank goodness for Have Heart. I lost hope for hardcore a long time ago, but there are still a few bands out there who still know, understand, and live the true meaning of hardcore. I've been so addicted to these two records that they've been the only things I have been listening to for the last few weeks now. Their music reminds me of better days - which weren't too long ago - when hardcore actually had meaning and feelings and well.. heart. It's all in their name. Sometimes, I feel like we started our brand with the same ideals as they did with their band. These guys reminded me of the power of a power chord and that deep down inside, I'm still a DIY hardcore kid.

Pesto Pasta
Flavor: Food
Flavor: Food
Actually, in my house, we call it PRESTO pasta. It's so easy to make and so delicious that you can't help but say, "Presto!" If you want a super simple and quick, but tasty and relatively healthy dish, this is the way to go! Let me tell you how. You can pick up a very convenient bottle of pesto sauce at Costco which goes a really long way. All you gotta do is pick up a bag of your favorite pasta and cook it! Then just take some pesto and spread it over your cooked pasta to your taste's desire. You don't want to put too much or too little so just mix up and give it a taste test to figure out how much you want. I usually add some Parmesan cheese and freshly ground pepper to the mix for good measure. There's actually a lot of different ways to make pesto pasta so just experiment with different ingredients. One of my favorites is to pick up some chicken breasts from the store, filet them so they're not so thick, season them up, and just throw them in a good ol' George Foreman grill. Once they're cooked, just slice 'em up and throw it in your pasta! All of this could seriously take you 10-15 minutes. No joke! Enjoy!
