Taking the next step in life is always a huge decision. Sometimes that decision is to either go straight into the workforce or continue your education by going to college. We've always been intrigued by how American colleges and universities somehow made a particular style of typeface and seal into an iconic way to show your school colors through apparel. Here's our version of the collegiate seal. Welcome to Loud& Obnoxious University.

It's Fall again and that means SPORTS are back! In the USA, all 4 major sports are active.. well, at least they should be. Big thanks to the NBA for the lockout! Sports fans everywhere rejoice during this time because you can't turn on your TV without being bombarded with some sort of sporting event. Your favorite team is back and it's team to represent with your teams' colors! This time around, we decided to take that inspiration and go with a more athletic, collegiate, and sports-related look for the first delivery during this colder season. Nothing shows who you pledge allegiance to better than sports merchandise and this is our dedication to that.

4 Year Recap

This past weekend we celebrated our 4 Year Anniversary at our new office and warehouse facility. We always get pretty nervous about these things because we never really know how they're going to unfold. We do our best to put together a unique event each year and promote it with the resources that are available to us and hope that it is enough to make a memorable event. Fortunately, with the love and support of our family, friends, and all of you who participated and visited the sale, this was another one for the record books. It's incredible to us how far we've come since we first started doing this stuff for fun and thankfully we're still having tons of fun! I know I say this every year but we truly would not be able to do any of this without you so all I can say is THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. To know that you all believe in us so much inspires us to keep pushing forward and for that we are forever grateful.

Since we had so many different things going on at the event, our whole staff was incredibly busy and none of us were able to take photos. Luckily, Mateo (DYNT) was there to save the day and get some coverage of the event. Big shoutout to him for helping us out! Here he is pictured with the lovely and talented Mandee. Congrats to her for moving on up in the world and getting a sweet design job at Vans!

Thank you all for being so patient with us at our first event at this new location!

Also thanks to DJ 5footTin and her crew for coming through and helping us keep the tunes going for the whole event. Unfortunately DJ Serts was having some severe equipment issues the night before and was not able to attend. Hope your computer feels better soon, Serts!

We were also pretty stoked to see that the games of S.K.A.T.E. and H.O.R.S.E. were such a hit. Melloe went undefeated throughout the entire event and Preston only lost once! Not too shabby! Better luck next time, folks.

Looks like the Widowmaker IPA was a hit too! All of the feedback was positive and we're stoked to be able to provide a unique collaboration for this special event. Who knows, maybe one day we'll be able to find distribution for it and get it into some stores! Hey beer companies, hit us up!

4 Year Anniversary - Widowmaker IPA & 4 Year Tee

One last blog before tomorrow's festivities! I'd like to share some background on our craft brew collaboration. The way this came about was actually a bit random but the project evolved rather quickly after its inception. My brother Matt met Stephen Kooshian and Jonathan Parada at Wurstkuche in LA and ended up talking about their love for beer and how to brew it. When Matt told me about it later, instantly I knew what we had to do. A few emails and phone calls later, a collaboration was brewing (see what I did there?) and Widowmaker IPA was born.

I've always wanted to call something "widowmaker". I don't know why. A band, a song, a record, a bar.. something! Anything. When the opportunity arose, I already knew what the name of the craft brew would be. Furthermore, we did some research and found that one of the paratroops in the 101st Airborne during World War II was called "The Widowmakers" and ended up basing our beer logo off of the patch that they wore into battle.

It's all in the details. As usual, a completely D.I.Y. project - from the brewing to the designing to the bottling to the packaging. All done by hand.

To celebrate this project and the event, we've got some collectibles for you all check out - screen printed posters, custom labeled beer bottles, bottle cap magnets, and t-shirts. Come get some!

It wouldn't be our 4 Year Anniversary if we didn't have a t-shirt to commemorate the joyous occasion. No matter how big this gets, no matter how much time has passed, we'll never forget where we came from. Everything we know we learned because of being part of the punk hardcore scene. Punk gave us the tools, mindset, and discipline to question authority and believe in creating a future for ourselves as we saw fit. Punk taught us that we could do whatever we wanted as long as we were passionate about it. A long time ago, punk showed us the D.I.Y. mentality and we've never looked back since. This tee is dedicated to punk and how it taught us to RISE ABOVE.

4 Year Anniversary - Music & Entertainment

We know you guys all have severe cases of ADD so we wanted to make sure to keep you all as entertained as we possibly can while you're chilling on our property after you're finished shopping. Just wanted to give you some additional information on the events within the event. How about music? We have two very cool DJ's coming through to provide you with some tunes while you drink a Monster or eat a hot dog.

DJ SERTS will be back again to bring you some of his flavor. He's been all around the world but still manages to find time to hang out with us at our humble home so we are grateful to have him spinning at our sale once again.

We met DJ 5footTIN through the homie Preston Burris so let's make sure to show her some L&O hospitality! We're excited to have her here at our event since she is also very busy and has a pretty rad schedule coming up. Not only is she a talented DJ but she models too so come hang out and get your picture with her! When she gets famous, remember you took that picture with her at the L&O warehouse!

Bring your skateboard because Preston Burris challenges you to a game of S.K.A.T.E. If you think you have what it takes, we want to see what you've got! If you can beat Preston, we've got a prize for you! Otherwise, if you just want to skate around, Preston and his crew are bringing a couple boxes, rails, etc. for you to shred.

Last but certainly not least, our main man Melloe Won will be taking challenges to games of H.O.R.S.E. Once upon a time, we heard he used to take fools to school on the court. It even took him around the world! We're hoping he's still got some left to defeat everyone but if you happen to beat him, we'll reward you with a prize. Maybe we'll do a H.O.R.S.E. tournament. We'll see! Either way, we'll have the court out for people to shoot around.

Don't forget, THIS SATURDAY September 24th is our biggest event of the year. Come hang out with all of us! GAME ON!

Worth The Wait

This past Sunday we had a photo shoot with photographer Noel Vasquez at his house for our Summer 11 collection. Lucky for him, none of my photos or the images from the shoot will show the truth about how messy his place really is but we'll give him credit for cleaning up a bit for us. Good job, Noel! Plus, he's a Kings fan so that's instant bonus points.

The homie and L&O team skater Preston Burris stopped through to capture some footage for his own projects and help model for our lookbook shoot.

Pictures of a Floating World

I am proud to say that most of my friends are musically inclined and it always excites me when they have new music to share. ALWAYS. I've always connected to local music but there's something even more exciting about your very own friends making music. I don't know what it is but it never fails. Don't get me wrong, I don't just support my friends' music blindly without giving it a listen. I just happen to have very talented friends who actually make GOOD music. And that's probably why I get so excited.

On that note, I am excited to say that my very good friends in the band Silver Snakes have posted a new song titled "Lungs and Lanterns" from their debut album Pictures of a Floating World. You can listen to it now by visiting their band page on Facebook! Check it out!

Some of our other friends are also involved in this process as well. Silver Snakes recently inked a deal with a new record label called Siren Records which was started by our friend Donny Phillips. During the day, Donny is the art director over at Warner Bros. Records so naturally Donny also did all the artwork for the Silver Snakes record. Donny also used to be in a band called The Warriors and also did the artwork for our band Dear Life's album Framework. Donny also designed our Road To Hell t-shirt. The Silver Snakes album was recorded by Roger Camero who is in the band No Motiv who also happens to be signed to Siren Records now. Roger also recorded The Warriors and Dear Life. Steve Choi of RX Bandits produced the Silver Snakes record. You may have seen him wear an L&O tee or two at some point. Steve also lent his talents for guest instrumentals on The Warriors' and Dear Life's records. Lastly, our screen printing company Glad Rags Ink now prints Silver Snakes shirts. See what I did there? Friends helping friends helping friends helping friends. Talented, resourceful friends.

Pictures of a Floating World drops AUGUST 30TH so keep an eye out for that on Siren Records! Silver Snakes will be your new favorite rock band by the end of the year. Guaranteed.

SUMMER 11 Teaser

We know we're running late on this but you know how it is. We run a screen printing company called GLAD RAGS INK where we provide services for other clients and companies so that tends to take precedence sometimes in front of our own line. We appreciate our customers so we want to make sure their work is done well in a timely manner. Unfortunately we do get busy and L&O suffers a little bit from it but we're working on it. We knew this day would come and now the challenge is figuring out how to keep up! That's what happens when you're D.I.Y.

Oh yeah, and we're also MOVING next month into a 12,000 sq ft office and warehouse space in Pomona. We thrive under pressure. At least I hope we do!

With that being said, we finally finished off the line sheet for our Summer 11 release and we will be trying to fast forward through production, photo shoots, and everything else so that we can release it in a couple weeks. In the meantime, here's a quick little design teaser for you.

As production progresses, I will post up more teasers so stay tuned!

Things are about to get real wild around here in the next month or so. Don't blink.

Mobile Monday - A Day Late, A Buck Short

As you can tell, it is not Monday. It is, in fact, Tuesday and this blog post is a day late. As usual, Glad Rags Ink has hit its stride once again and we are BUSY, to say the least. Printing nearly thousands of garments daily, sometimes it gets harder and harder to multi-task and get some work done for L&O. I'm not going to lie to you and pretend like we're Supermen doing much more than we can really handle. We're more like Clark Kent, except not as timid and lame. We're normal dudes with abnormally large appetites for ambition who just like to work really really hard. Straight up.

Yeah yeah, we know our Summer 2011 collection is late. Aren't we always "late" anyway? As if we have to conform to some kind of industry set schedule or something. We'll release it when we want to! And you'll like it! Well, at least we hope you do. We've gone with a very "California-coast" vibe once again and I think it should tickle your fancies like last year. T-shirts, tank tops, and a clean v-neck will most likely round out the collection along with a select amount of women's garments to keep the ladies smiling.

SNAPBACK. Yeah I said it. Later this Summer as part of a quickstrike release, we will be taking pre-orders for our very first snapback hat EVER. It will work similar to the pre-orders for our duffel bag. If you want it, you better order it! Details on that later.

And yes, we have chosen a winner from the Summer 2011 Photo Contest. We'll announce the winner and debut the t-shirt design once we finish editing and preparing it for our production.

We also have a bunch of collaborative projects, releases, and events coming up very soon so keep an eye out! It's about to get real exciting around here so we hope you're ready for the ride!

One of our favorite things about running our own clothing brand is hearing from people that they saw one of our products somewhere. I receive text messages, MMS photos, emails, and Facebook/Twitter links all the time with people either wearing an L&O t-shirt or spotting a random sticker in a random public place. Most of the time I hardly see these things but when someone notifies me of their sightings, it usually makes my day. So THANK YOU!

Mobile Monday - Art In The Streets

A few weeks ago, my friend Raquel and I ventured to LA because we had been dying to check out the "Art In The Streets" art gallery at the Geffen Contemporary. Before I say anything else, make sure you allow yourself enough time to become fully immersed in all the artwork. We made the mistake of arriving a little bit late and we found ourselves rushing through the last pieces of art due to the closing time. The gallery includes art from notables like Banksy, Shepard Fairey, Keith Haring, Haze, KAWS, Mr. Cartoon, Estevan Oriol, and many many others. For more information, go HERE. I must say, it has been a long time since I had been truly inspired again. Fun fact about our brand, everything started because of graffiti. None of us are actually graffiti artists but it was street art that influenced me in 2007 so much that I knew I had to talk to Brian about it. I knew he wanted to start his own streetwear project and at the time he had no one to join in with him. One night my brother and I were bored and we were browsing the internet and started looking at collections of graffiti artwork from around the world. The wheels in our heads started to turn and soon we were thinking, "What if we could combine our passion for printing t-shirts and the DIY punk hardcore scene with Brian's love of all things streetwear?" and just like that L&O was born.

After visiting the "Art In The Streets" exhibit, I definitely feel creatively rejuvenated and sometimes you really need that to jump-start that imagination again. Hopefully it shows in our next few collections.

Warped Tour Ventura

This past weekend, our entire crew was able to attend this year's Vans Warped Tour in Ventura, CA thanks to our good friends in The Acacia Strain, Winds of Plague, A Day to Remember, Set Your Goals, and Epitaph Records. For one day only, all of us tried to do our best to pretend like we were 17 years old again and relive the golden days when our only concern was if we brought enough sun screen lotion to last us the whole day. Oh, to be young again.

On our way to Ventura, Jase got pulled over apparently by the "nicest" cop ever. No ticket issued.

When we arrived, we started our day by meeting up with Vincent and the dudes from The Acacia Strain. Even though I've toured with these guys before and seen them countless times in the past, this was easily one of the heaviest and most brutal live sets I've ever encountered. I honestly very surprised by the huge response from the crowd since Warped Tour hasn't always been known for its extreme bands. Maybe this is the beginning of a new era? We shall see.

A fan posted a video of the last song of their set. Check out Vincent repping the L&O Box Logo tee. He also gives L&O an awesome shoutout at the 4:09 mark. Best dude ever.

Also, in TAS-related news, they just released a new music video for their song "The Impaler" where Vincent also happens to be rocking the L&O Fitted Hat. Check it out!

Immediately following their set, the Winds of Plague crew took the stage for their own version of violence via soundwaves. It's hard to see here but Art is wearing our Prophets tee while he punishes his drum set.

It was amazing watching Johnny easily command this audience to do whatever he wanted on a whim. Stage dives? No problem. Circle pit from hell? Coming right up. Wall of death? You got it, boss.

"Decimate the Weak"

I'm sure these dudes get hit up ALL the time by random clothing companies asking them to wear their shit on stage. Let's face it, they're a big deal. They're even being played on the radio locally on KROQ. Fortunately for us, the guys from A Day To Remember were more than willing to help us get a little bit of exposure. And by a little bit, I mean tens of thousands of screaming fans every single day of Warped Tour. Whoa.

It still trips me out how big these guys have become especially since we met them back in 2008 on tour in Arizona. At the time, we were on tour with The Acacia Strain and ADTR was actually on their way from their home state Florida to the first date of Warped Tour. They needed a couple shows to help pay for gas driving to Warped so they hopped on our show in Arizona. Our band Dear Life opened the show and I guess a couple of the guys from ADTR watched our set and enjoyed it enough to talk to us. Josh even wanted to trade merchandise with us so he could wear our shirt. And that's how it all started. Ever since then I've kept in touch with Neil. Now these dudes have a die-hard legion of fans and when Josh wears our shirt, thousands of eyes see it..

Josh and the Class Axe tee even found their way onto RollingStone.com in an article about Warped Tour in Southern California.

Look at the size of that crowd in this video! Incredible.

Last but certainly not least, Audelio and Set Your Goals tore up the Advent Stage that was still recovering from the previous TAS and WOP sets.

Check out Delio going hard on the vocals in "Gaia Bleeds", one of my favorite songs by the band.

It just makes me really happy to see friends of ours doing what they love and making a living out of it. A living out of loving.

Are We There Yet?

In August 2011, both of our companies will officially (legally) be 3 years old. In general, we started printing t-shirts in December 2005. Since we've been doing this for some time now, we tend to forget how much we've been growing. Sometimes it just feels like such a natural progression that we don't notice that our warehouses are getting larger, or that the amount of jobs we print are increasing, or that we are steadily becoming more and more efficient.

Don't get me wrong, there is no way we will EVER forget where we came from. When you own your own business, you remember everything. Every dollar. Every extra hour of work. Every sacrifice. Every leap of faith and calculated risk. Every failure and every success. Everything matters.

As we enter our last couple months in our current office, we can look back and appreciate the things that we've done. At the same time, we are also focused on what is to come and the next major frontier for ourselves. Each time we've moved, we've collectively become less nervous and more excited because we know what's at stake and we are becoming more and more confident in our abilities. We know we can succeed and we know we're getting closer and closer to that American dream. Our mindset is that the time is ALWAYS now. Our time has come.

After months of searching for the perfect new home for our businesses, it looks like we may have found it. Keep your fingers crossed!

We Are The Music Makers

After being in a touring band for so many years, most of the people that I have stayed close with also happen to be musicians. Fortunately, a few of these people have continued doing what they love and are still making music for the rest of us to enjoy. Aside from the bigger bands that we work with, my closer personal friends have been keeping busy and staying creative as well. I'd like to introduce you to some good friends of mine.. locals only.

SILVER SNAKES - I'm incredibly proud of these guys. FINALLY! I've been telling Alex and Mike to make this thing a reality and for the past few months they've made it a commitment. Lo and behold, these guys now have a debut full-length record coming your way this summer called Pictures of a Floating World. Not sure how much more in detail I can release at this point, but it was recorded, produced, and will be released by good friends of ours as well. It's amazing when you are able to work with talented, like-minded individuals who also happen to be good friends of yours. Alex also records bands himself in LA so if you need to track some songs, check out his studio The Earth Capital. Bring vegan burritos.

They just posted a preview track from the album today, make sure you head over to their Facebook page to check it out. 'Like' them for upcoming tour dates and release details! I guarantee, this will be your new favorite rock band.

LESSONS - If you like your music fast and melodic, you'll probably like these guys and girl. Featuring another set of our friends who used to be in bands that we played shows with, this is a band that refuses to let go of the sounds that made us who we are today. For most of us, punk started it all and for these guys in this band, it just never left. I love watching these guys jam because they always look like they're having the best time ever. I've even jammed with them on a couple occasions and it always reminds me of the times when I first picked up the guitar and wanted to play as fast and loud as possible with my friends. Forever young.

KID FINISH - These guys have been in a band together longer than probably anyone I know in the local music scene. Russ has always been a machine when it comes to music, whether it's writing, recording, or producing. Fun facts - Russ and Bert actually won our annual beer pong tournament last year and now Russ and I are proud season ticket holders for the Los Angeles Kings.

They have a new record that is out now on iTunes called What You Break We Rebuild. You can also check out some of the songs on the record on their Soundcloud page.

ROYAL PIRATES - James Lee. All I can say is I TOLD YOU SO. I've been telling James to become a Korean pop star for YEARS now and look what he did. Finally listened to ol' Vince's advise and went and became a K-POP star. Now I'm not sure if he really is a K-POP star yet since I'm obviously not familiar with that scene at all, but it looks like his new band is doing pretty well for themselves both domestically in the USA and overseas. I always believed that James had the voice, the look, and the overall package to make it big and I'm glad he's putting it all to use. It always makes me happy to see my friends doing what they love, especially when it becomes a living for some of them. Good luck out there, buddy! Keep seizing those days!

LOUD& OBNOXIOUS X WINDS OF PLAGUE - The "California" T-Shirt

With a new single about to drop from their recent full-length album "Against the World", we thought it was only appropriate to pay homage to the place we call home for this collaborative project. We've known the Winds of Plague guys for years since we were both very much involved in the local Southern California independent music scene. We went on to pursue business yet they kept grinding out the metal circuit. Now they're wreaking havoc on national levels like joining the Warped Tour roster.

Since band merch all looks pretty much the same lately, we wanted to take this project down another road. While still combining the darkness of a metal t-shirt and our brand's own aesthetic, we wanted to mimic the look of a California coast greetings card. In order to keep that feeling of doom that WOP is so synonymous for, this cheerful beach scene is actually in for a rude awakening with the approaching asteroid fireball on the horizon. Johnny Plague's lyrics read, "No matter where I go. No matter where I stay. I always come back. California." A fitting motto for any Californian.

Back of the shirt features both logos with another lyric from the record, "Me and you against the world," to signify our joint effort. For those of you paying attention, there's also a Cali-style Exclamations logo as well. Details, people. Details.

Lastly, Century Media Records was kind enough to offer a special link to download a FREE Summer Sampler including songs from several bands on their roster. You can find the link and password on the inside of the t-shirt when you purchase at Warped Tour!

LOUD& OBNOXIOUS X THE ACACIA STRAIN - The "Vincent" T-Shirt

Don't call him Vince. Really though, don't do it. He hates it. He hates everything, which made him the perfect focal point for our first collab project with The Acacia Strain. The infamous vocalist is known for his misanthropic lyrics and as the face of one of the heaviest bands to come out of the American independent music scene.

When Brian and I came up with the concept for this t-shirt, I literally texted Vincent and told him to send me a photo of him wearing our L&O Box Logo tee and I specifically told him to make THAT face. I guess we were all on the same page because when he sent the photo over to us, it was exactly what we were looking for. I love the fact that he's making this face yet performs in one of the most evil bands you can imagine. It's just one of those juxtapositions that shouldn't be ignored so I'm glad we went through with it. You may recognize the background from our Brick By Brick tee. This brick wall is an actual brick wall on our warehouse building, and not from Google. Also, there's a couple other L&O details that you should be able to pin-point pretty easily.

Deep down, we've all got a little hypebeast in us. This t-shirt is an ode to that with the classic black-and-white photo on the front of a familiar face, in this case Vincent Bennett. The back of the tee features Vincent's lyrics, "We are the reason there is blood on the ground," hand written by our very own Brian Obnoxious. NEVER DEAD PIT BEAST CREW.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that we officially did collaborations with the two heaviest bands to ever grace the stages of the legendary Warped Tour. In my opinion, that's pretty rad.

Now is your time to shine! Summer is here and L&O is looking for some creative photographers to help us finish our Summer 2011 collection! Since we are a Southern California based brand, we will be following a "beach" related theme and we want YOU to submit the last design for our line sheet. The contest is simple- we are looking for a photograph that combines both the "beach" theme and L&O at the same time. You could draw our logo in the sand, capture a sunset, or invite your sexy girlfriend to sunbathe. Whatever you do, just be as creative and artistic as you can. Who knows, maybe your photo will end up on our screen printing press!

Only accepting submissions from June 22nd to June 29th so hurry!

Mobile Monday - Life In General

Just another edition of Mobile Monday! Some photos from my iPhone from the past week or so..

Our collab tees with The Acacia Strain and Winds of Plague came out amazing during production last week. We're about to drop them off with the bands today before they embark on the summer tour. Here's a preview of the printed neck tag for the TAS collab.

All the writing on the back of the TAS collab was done by Brian Obnoxious himself. Make sure to pay attention to the details! Check out some of the drafts from the process.

I recently ate at Five Guys burgers for the first time just to find out what all the hype was about. To be honest, that's all it was. Hype. Yes, it was a delicious burger since you're able to customize it but it was still just a regular "burger joint"-style burger to me. The fries were definitely on point but it's not enough for me to say it's collectively better than In N Out. Maybe I'm just biased being from Southern California, but In N Out definitely does something different to their burgers and that's why I keep coming back! As for Five Guys, I probably won't be making any trips back unless I have to.

Sometimes I grab lunch over at Duke's Burgers since it's literally walking distance from our office. From the looks of my order, I think the cook might have a crush on me.

This past weekend, our very good friend and Glad Rags Ink client Steppie celebrated her clothing brand's 3 Year Anniversary at Biergarten in LA. About a year and a half ago, he came to us at a point in her design career where she knew she could expand but needed the right help. Before coming to us, she literally did EVERYTHING herself. Even the screen printing and production! A true testament to the D.I.Y. mentality which we live by as well. Once she was able to start delegating the production load to us, she could focus more on the design, sales, and marketing aspects of the Steppie brand and her business skyrocketed and is now growing at incredible speeds. It has been quite the spectacle to watch her company and brand grow and I can't wait to see what she does next. Good job, Steppie!

Steppie was even able to grant Debbie Tan's greatest wish- to become a panda!

This is a bit random, but I saw this purse this weekend and couldn't help but notice the logo. I don't know what company it is from but this logo looks way too similar to the iconic Gorilla Biscuits "GB" logo. Tisk tisk!

I finally got to watch Louis C.K. perform stand-up on Netflix and wow, I have been missing out! Dude is hilarious! Speaking of hilarious, a few of our close friends will be performing their own stand-up bits this Tuesday in Pomona at DBA256 Gallery Wine Bar. Come check them out and have a drink with us!

It finally happened. I'm making my return to ice hockey after 10 years since my last time on the ice. Similar to when I used to be in a band with my brother and friends, this is another one of those things that simply gives me a release like nothing else. When I'm playing hockey, nothing else matters. All the troubles of this world seem to melt away and become insignificant when I'm on the ice and to me, that's something I'll never trade. I can't believe I went this long without getting back on the ice but it's probably because I was getting my fix from other things in the meantime, like music and business. I can only hope that everyone is able to find their own escapes in their lives. Find a hobby! There's more to life than work and the internet. LIVE!

As the weather gets warmer and we move further into the summer months, all the big seasonal music festivals and national tours will begin to roll out in full effect. This year's Warped Tour lineup is fixing to be one of the most unique to date as the music industry continues to branch out into new sub-genres searching for the next big thing.

Fortunately, this time around we have the distinct opportunity to team up with not one but TWO bands on the summer tour that are very close with. Mobile Monday - Filbert Lately

If you've been following along, you may or may not know about my giant Maine Coon cat named Filbert. In this edition of Mobile Monday, I'll show you some of my favorite photos of Filbert from my iPhone.

Mean muggin'.

I want you to understand just how big Filbert really is so here's a photo for reference. No joke, he weighs in at about 20 lb. He might be able to eat your small dog.

Classy. Sophisticated. Filbert.

Sometimes he falls asleep in the most hilarious positions. This is easily one of my favorites. Or maybe he's just showing me what he learned in his yoga class.

All he does all day is sleep! Definitely living the sweet life. When I get home, I guarantee he will either be sleeping or asking for food. The good life.

He doesn't need fancy toys either. Give him a random box and he will be stoked!

Here's a photo my mom sent to me while I was out of town. Filbert patiently watching and waiting for a snack to appear.

I'm convinced though that he might be part dog. He sure acts like one. He even begs for table scraps like a dog whenever someone is sitting at the table eating!

Taking inspiration from a line in the movie Snatch, this design pays homage to anything with substance. Anything with meaning. When something has weight, it has the capacity to make an impact. Whether you're taking it literally or figuratively, it's still true. We can only hope that everyone who steps foot on this world wants to make sure they leave a footprint too. To get our point across, we've got our very own branded anvil. "Heavy is good. Heavy is reliable." This print also features a reflective ink on the back.

Finding a New Home

As a growing company, our job is to continually look towards the horizon and plan ahead. Since our companies continue to expand and mature, we have to find ways to facilitate those ever changing needs and allow room for that growth. Over the past couple years, we've noticed substantial progress for both of our companies and now we are coming to the end of our lease here at the current office. Once again, it's time to start looking for another place to eventually call home. Hopefully, bigger and better.

Looks like we've got a lot of decisions to make very soon. It's a very stressful process to go through and it puts an incredible amount of pressure on us to make choices that will ultimately change our lives. But you know what? We like it. It's that exact pressure that pushes us to do what we do and KEEP doing what we do. Without the pressure, there is no ambition. Without ambition, what's the point? Plus, the possibility of being in a NEW office and warehouse for our 4 Year Anniversary event is rather exciting, don't you think?

Since our Spring 11 collection featured more of a photorealistic theme, we knew it was time to try and push our boundaries a little bit. We print everything ourselves so we don't choose to do full-color images often. I've always wanted to do a design inspired by the American Beauty movie poster artwork so everything just fell into place. The artwork is embedded into our L&O box logo and screen printed using simulated process.

Mobile Monday - Times Flies..

.. when you're having fun! Seriously though, it really does. It's already been two weeks since my last Mobile Monday blog post. I skipped last week's Mobile Monday because our staff had the day off on Memorial Day but wow, it's already Monday again!

Time to unload some photo documentation from the ol' iPhone. Some good times have been had in the last couple weeks and I'd like to share! First off, we had a recent trip to LA with Art from Winds of Plague but since the meeting got canceled we decided to grab a bite at Philippe's - home of the original french dip sandwich. Haven't been here in a minute so it was a much needed stop.

Keeping on the trend of "food & friends", here's a shot of a quick Yardhouse happy hour session before we made our way to Disneyland last weekend.

Last week we also printed a special project for Dom and the Brooklyn Projects x Nike SB collaboration release, which was actually today. Hopefully you made it out to Melrose for that! I heard there were some crazy extra details and goodies included in that Reign in Blood pack.

I don't want to give you too many details on my personal life, but I recently started dating someone and we've gone to some rad places so I'll share that. On this occasion, I took her to the Griffith Observatory for the first time. Easily my favorite view of LA - especially at night.

They turned on the Tesla Coil while we were there! \M/ETAL!!!

On another night I took her ice skating at Anaheim Ice which actually used to be called Disney Ice when I was a kid and played there. In my younger days, I was a member of the Peewee AAA Anaheim Jr Ducks team and this was our home rink. Lots of great memories here!

After working up an appetite ice skating, she took me to eat at Shik Do Rak in Garden Grove. One of the best Korean BBQ meals I've ever had!

Spent one of my nights at home last week updating my bottle cap collection. I'm up to 247 and counting!

This past weekend we made a trip to Vegas with 40+ of our friends. Here's a shot of the strip as we got into town on Thursday night around midnight. Soon after this photo was taken, drunken debauchery and reckless gambling ensued.

See what I mean? This is the morning after in the suite that Papa Jase got for us. Nothing wrong with some dudes just trying to figure out what happened last night.

We invaded The Marquee Nightclub at The Cosmopolitan on Saturday night. Literally, we invaded it. We found a random bottle service table and took it over like it was our own and partied there all damn night! Huge thanks to Cammie for making this night happen!

Last but certainly not least, here is the photo that stirred up a little bit of madness on our Facebook and Twitter pages. The L&O Summer Duffel Bag will be releasing within the coming weeks as a quickstrike so keep an eye out. We'll be taking pre-orders starting very soon and we will only be producing to order. Eat Or Die

Here at the L&O / Glad Rags Ink office and warehouse, our staff is made up of our friends so we see some of these guys literally all day every day. We work together, we play together, but most importantly, we eat together. There's no better way to get to know someone than over a delicious meal and our circle of friends knows this all too well.

Last week we decided to take our staff to lunch at one of our favorite local sports for Mexican food - El Camino Mexican Grill. You can literally order anything Mexican off of this menu and it could quite possibly be the best thing you've ever had. Let me give you a quick tour of what we ate..

Damn, I'm hungry now too. And don't even get me started on the fried ice cream. You heard correct. FRIED. ICE. CREAM.

The weekend before we had a classic Southern California summer time BBQ. When you mix good people, good music, good conversation, good drinks, and good food, there are rarely any better moments in life that can compare to those experiences.

Our very good friends in the band Winds of Plague just got back from a successful European tour and are getting ready for a grueling schedule on this year's Warped Tour. You can also find them on the cover of the most recent publication of Alternative Press' Mini Mag. Oh hey, and there's Johnny Plague showing love with the tank top!

Fun fact about that tank top: we actually only printed a very limited run of logo tank tops and t-shirts for the bands we work with so that they could have some "beater" garments to wear on stage. We did so that they didn't have to ruin their actual L&O products that we would give to them. We never actually printed any logo tank tops as part of our collections before but since everyone has been seeing them being worn, we've been getting a lot of interest. If you would like to see us release some basic logo tank tops and t-shirts again, let us know on Twitter and Facebook!

Art stopped by yesterday for a quick meeting to discuss some plans for an upcoming collaborative project we have between our brand and their band, so stay tuned for that! It'll be surfacing much sooner than you think!

People everywhere are participating in the viral hilarity and posting photos online of themselves "planking" on random objects and places. Mobile Monday - Best Friends Forever

As promised, I will be blogging regularly again. Our website has been neglected but it's time to change that so hopefully some of you will continue reading again! One thing I want to add to our blogging repertoire is what I will call Mobile Monday. Since everyone on this planet is now equipped with smart phones, I want to start posting photos that we've taken while out and about. Sometimes you don't always have a DSLR readily available for every photo op, so you have to bust out your iPhone, BlackBerry, or Droid. Here's what we've been up to:

It's no secret that we've got love for our friends. L&O would be nothing without the love and support of our circle of friends. The previous weekend, I took a few of my friends ice skating in Pasadena. This rink actually means a lot to me. It was the very first ice hockey club team I played for when I was a child and we even ended up winning a Southern California Amateur Hockey Association championship. I was one of the captains on that team so my coach even let me keep the championship cup trophy!

After working up an appetite on the ice, I took my friends to a place that also reminds me of childhood - Lucky Boy Burgers in Pasadena. My family would eat here all the time after my hockey games and practices and we would always get a larger order of their chili cheese fries. Definitely one of my top 5 favorite burger joints ever.

The next day I came across a deal for some great seats at a Dodgers game for cheap! Fortunately the boys in blue came out with a win and we got to see Rod Barajas go yard!

Every Friday night home game, the stadium invites the fans onto the field for Friday Night Fireworks after the game so luckily we got to experience that. I've personally never set foot on Dodgers grass so this was a treat for me!

Later that weekend, some friends and I made a day trip to Long Beach in search of a hangover cure. We found it at Ports 'O Call in the shrimp fajitas plate. 1 1/2 lb of seafood glory.

After stuffing our faces, we stopped by the shore to check out some tide pools and appreciate the beauty of living in Southern California.

Yesterday, one of our friends invited everyone over for a BBQ and bonfire. Nothing beats good food, good vibes, and good company. Life is good.

I'm sure most of you have seen photos like this going viral around the world. Well, we've started to join the fun at the office. PLANKING! Get into it!

We all just want a piece of the pie, am I right? For those of us ambitious enough to chase them, our dreams don't have to be just dreams. We all want a taste of the good life and who says we can't have it. Despite what most people think, champagne wishes and caviar dreams are not out of reach. Some people just hold these things on pedestals so high that it makes it impossible to reach. Once you start realizing your own worth, you too can have the finer things.

Spring 11 Previews

Yeah yeah, we're "late". We know! If you've been following us on Twitter and Facebook, you know things have been hectic. Our screen printing company Glad Rags Ink has been picking up major steam and at this point we're just trying to keep up with ourselves and make sure we don't get left behind.

Amidst all the chaos, stress, and growing pains of an expanding company, we somehow finally found time to get some work done on our SPRING 11 collection. With every new line, we always try to keep pushing ourselves to see if we can do something new that we haven't done before. This time around we pushed ourselves to come up with the most complicated screen prints that we could accomplish. I guess you could say the designs have more of a "realistic" or "organic" feel? Here's a preview of the tees that we have coming out for this release:

3rd Annual NATTY CLASSIC Beer Pong Tournament

As you may or may not know, every year we host an invite-only beer pong tournament in our warehouse during March Madness. It's all fun and games but we definitely don't joke around about our events. It's a legitimate tournament with rules, referees, registration fees, cash prizes, and of course- glory. Each time it happens, it gets bigger, better, and badder.

This year, the 32-team double-elimination tournament ended with Punk In Drublic on top as the champions featuring our very own Rob Rodriguez and his cousin A-Tone. For the second year in a row, Mother Flowers took home 2nd place as they fought their way into the finals match after defeating 3rd place Brown & Yellow. I know it was another disappointing outcome for them but I'm sure they'll be back again next year. Third time's a charm, right guys?

To be honest, events like these are just another excuse for us to get ALL of our friends together and just have a hell of a good time. We get so wrapped up with work and life in general that we need something to look forward to and these events provide lifelong memories that we'll probably end up regretfully sharing with our kids.

After having a "tug of war" type struggle with our webstore for the last couple weeks, we finally figured out what was wrong and have FINALLY updated the ONLINE SHOP with our WINTER 10 products. We apologize for the delays but now we can finally move forward with our lives and catch up on some L&O action!

Needless to say, things have been pretty hectic trying to balance work and time between our two growing companies. Our screen printing company Glad Rags Ink is making huge moves and has never been busier. Typically, January is our slowest month for production but not this time. January 2011 is already a record-breaking month for us and it's not even over yet! Progress is happening and as it is happening we are faced with the new challenge of keeping up with ourselves. First things first, we here at L&O would like to take this opportunity to thank EVERYONE for another milestone year. Like every year, we are always trying to push the envelope but we know it would be impossible to do that without the help of our incredible family, friends, and fans. 2010 was another year of growth, progression, and learning experiences. We are thankful for everything we encounter, whether good or bad, because those are the things that help us take our endeavors to the next level.

With that being said, we are extremely excited about what is to come in 2011. Our screen printing company Glad Rags Ink has been growing in leaps and bounds over the past year and once again will be upgrading its office facilities during this year. And of course, that means L&O will also be upgrading.

I know we have been a little slow on updates for L&O throughout the holiday season but it's only because GRink has kept us incredibly busy. Running two businesses is getting increasingly challenging and we're still figuring out ways to become as efficient as we can. Luckily, both companies continue to grow even though sometimes one more than the other. Either way, we're happy to see growth.

Once again, thank you for sticking with us and we hope we can continue to keep you interested in what we do here. One of my New Year's resolutions is to keep the blog more active so I will do my best to stick to that and keep you updated on everything that goes on at the L&O/GRink offices!

Punk was the first genre of music my brother and I ever fully fell in love with. It was the stepping stone for everything we know today and will continue to stay with us until the day we die. For nearly the entirety of my life, the City of Industry has always been just a street away. With its awkward city boundaries and miles and miles of warehouses and offices, it has provided jobs and an economic heartbeat for all surrounding towns and communities for years and years. For the few years we have been in business, we've called it our home as well and most likely will continue to do so for years to come. Due to a steady influx of businessmen passing through, Industry also became a hotbed (no pun intended) for strip joints and gentlemen's clubs. The Pain Train

Just wanted to take a moment and say happy birthday to a person that I've apparently known since I was in diapers. Robert Pfeffer came into my life when my parents first moved to Hacienda Heights. His grandfather was actually the one who sold the house to my parents back in the 80's and I guess he brought baby Robert with him to meet me as well. Little did we know that over a decade later, we would meet again in a high school algebra class and somehow become good friends in our school's engineering academy.

While we're on the subject, let me tell you a quick little story about our engineering days. In high school, Pfeffer was the mechanical team leader and I was the electrical team leader in our engineering program and every year we would challenge ourselves with alternative energy projects. This particular year, we entered a solar car race that is held in Kansas annually. Because of his size and physical fitness, Pfeffer was also chosen to drive the solar car that I was in charge of, Lightspeed II. Here's the kicker- in our practice run at the race track, Pfeffer managed to wreck the car flipping it repeatedly into the ground. It was literally one of the most horrific things I had ever witnessed but thanks to our team's attention to detail and a simple safety helmet, Pfeffer escaped with only minor scratches and bruises. While he was at the hospital recouperating, my team's new challenge was to salvage what was left and still try and get the car back into championship form for the race the next day. Thankfully we were only driving the chassis of the car during practice so the body of the car with the entire solar panel was left untouched. After hours of stressful work throughout the night, we somehow managed to make the electrical system work again. Pfeffer didn't want to disappoint anyone so of course he drove the car the next day. Our car went on to win the entire race and set new national records. Our team also earned the teamwork award for our efforts.

It may seem totally unrelated to be talking about this on this blog but actually, I think it characterizes everything we've done with our businesses. Pfeffer and his family have been a part of our family ever since we started DIY-ing and there is no way we could have done it with them. Through thick and thin, we always do our best to be realistic and ambitious at the same time and somehow we always make it work. We learned how to start our own businesses without any actual formal training by simply putting our minds to it and never giving up. We strive for the best and prepare for the worst and no matter what obstacles stand in our way, we always tough it out together. That's what championship teams do, that's what friends do, and most importantly, that's what FAMILY does.

Today, I'd like to honor my hairy business partner and brother from another mother. He can file taxes just as fast as he can choke you out and I'm glad he's on our team. You're a good dude, Robert Pfeffer. Sometimes.

NO MEANS NO, PFEFFER! Happy 25th birthday, buddy.

A couple weeks ago, our very own Preston Burris celebrated his recent pro status in San Diego. Unfortunately our crew was not able to attend since it was during a very hectic work week but we made sure to send over a care package for Preston to share with the peoples. Congratulations Preston! The sky's the limit! Together, we'll push forward and continue to uphold the D.I.Y. mentality. First and foremost, I personally want to thank everyone for their birthday wishes yesterday. The last couple months have become very stressful on everyone who works here and it's always nice to be reminded that our existence on this planet is appreciated, even if it's a simple "happy birthday". It means the world to me and I greatly appreciate the love that was shown to me!

I know I haven't kept up as much on the blog as I should but there is good reason for that. My excuse for that is usually that we're so busy, but this time around it is even more overwhelmingly true than before. Both of our companies are continuing to grow without any sign of slowing down and to be honest it is both exciting and a little terrifying. We've come to the point now where both companies are becoming so busy that is actually a challenge for us to even keep up with ourselves. Now we are faced with the new task of figuring out the best ways for our companies to be as efficient as possible so that every day we are maximizing productivity and ultimately profit.

Halloween is a time to pretend to be someone else. While we're here figuring out who we really want to be with our companies, it's fun to take a break and poke fun at ourselves. We get so busy and serious focusing on who we're trying to become as people and businessmen that sometimes you need a quick splash of water in your face to chill out, relax, and remember why you are even doing this in the first place. I absolutely cannot wait to see the people we become, but for now let's put on some costumes and pretend to be what we'll never be!

All jokes aside, everyone be safe this weekend while you party hard! Look out for your family and friends and take care of yourselves!

If you've been to our online shop already, you may have noticed that the new headwear for FALL 10 is currently on "waiting list" status. Unfortunately, we've had some manufacturer delays and so the delivery date has been pushed back just a tad. Let's just call it FALL 10 Delivery 2, shall we?

While we're on the topic, let's talk about these two new pieces. First off, we have the L&O Fitted Hat which is a new rendition of the original Never Dead Fitted Hat we first released a year ago. This version is more logo-driven featuring our two-color L&O box logo on the rear and the classic Exclamations trademark on the front in 3D embroidery. Somehow, this weekend has turned out to be quite eventful for our crew.

First off, our good friends in RX Bandits are playing a string of shows at the Troubadour in West Hollywood, CA from Friday to Sunday.

Here's the catch- each show's set list is dedicated to a separate album from their discography. Not only is the Troubadour one of my favorite venues but I have the pleasure of checking out Saturday's show which features my personal favorite record, And The Battle Begun, so I'm rather excited. I would say to make sure and check these shows out but it looks like they're all already SOLD OUT. If you don't have tickets, tough luck!

Also on Saturday, the good people over at Brooklyn Projects Pasadena will be hosting an event with photographer Jae Bueno to showcase his first photo exhibition entitled Quiet Storm.

There will also be a couple collaboration t-shirts for sale that are actually being printed in our warehouse as I type this. Live music, open bar, free giveaways, and good company. Come hang out and say what's up to our dude Melloe Won!

To round out the weekend, we get to spend our Sunday out in the Inland Empire at this year's KROQ Epicenter Festival to catch up with the guys from A Day To Remember where they get to share the stage with Blink 182, Rise Against, 30 Seconds to Mars, Bad Religion, and Against Me!

It's a trip to see how far these guys have come since we played a random show with them in Arizona when our tours crossed paths. They recently made a press release to debut information on their upcoming album, What Separates Me From You, and even got an L&O tee in the mix. Good looking out, guys! New album drops Nov. 16th on Victory Records!

Can't wait for this weekend to start! Filbert is ready too!

Anyway, let's talk about some stuff not happening this weekend too!

Not sure why it took me so long to post this, but our friend Jonathan Vigil from The Ghost Inside stopped by at our office before one of their tours this summer to pick up some gear. I believe they are currently in Australia right now and will be back for another full US tour and then through Europe as well. Make sure you check them out where ever you are!

Speaking of tours, the "wonderful gentlemen" from The Acacia Strain are currently on tour in Europe and soon after will be embarking on their upcoming full US headlining tour called To Catch A PredaTOUR starting in October. Check out Vincent sporting our Last Wave tee in this promo video.

Last but not least, we've been busy as well. In fact, too busy. We've come to the point where we absolutely need to start taking more people into our staff so that we can continue to stay efficient while also staying productive, moving units, and progressing. Our companies are both growing rapidly and now it is our job to keep up with that pace. 2011 looks like it's going to be another blockbuster year for our group so I hope you all stick around to see what happens.

Small Victories

Something as simple as putting up signage may seem like a minor detail to any business but for us it's a small victory that represents progress for a growing company.

As some of you may know, we just recently completed our first year at this current office location. Both companies started from scratch at different times but both are now officially two years old as legitimately registered businesses. For those of you just joining the program, when I say "both" I am referring to Loud& Obnoxious, our clothing brand, and Glad Rags Ink, our screen printing services company.

When I was younger, I never thought I would ever be this interested in business. I always saw myself doing something with engineering finding ways to make the world more fuel efficient. Somewhere down the line, my priorities changed and I found myself less interested in having a boss but rather being my own. Even as a kid, I would always see these little shops and businesses all around town and in City of Industry and wonder to myself how these people manage to stay in business. Fast forward a decade and now my friends and I are one of those businesses.

Over these last few years of building our start-up business from nothing, we've learned to appreciate how truly lucky and fortunate we are to be able to do what we do. Sure, it's a ton of hard work and stress. More than any "9-to-5" engineering job I would have had. But I wouldn't trade it for anything. We've found purpose in our lives and by doing it all on our own, we're giving ourselves the tools to build the framework for future entrepreneurial endeavors. The harder we work, the more we gain. Everything we do directly effects our outcome. Everything matters.

Yeah, it's just a sign. But to us, it's a sign of things to come. Bigger things.

Toys For Boys

We're dudes and we like stuff. You gotta have nice things! Sometimes, Glad Rags Ink gets to the point where equipment needs upgrading and we need to re-invest in ourselves to make our office and warehouse more efficient. As in life, you just need a little change every now and then to keep things moving forward.

I wasn't sure if I had posted this on the blog already, but we had some Bic pens made for ourselves for the Agenda Tradeshow and our recent 3 Year Anniversary event. We've also been giving them out with some of our online orders on Karmaloop and our ONLINE SHOP. Get at it!

I'm not a vinyl collector, but a friend of mine knew I really wanted this Mayer Hawthorne record. Big thanks to Katrina over at Stones Throw! You rule!

Free gifts from Uline.com for buying so many warehouse supplies from their company. Even though they're not doing too well this year, had to stay true to our team!

Got a new refrigerator for $150. Don't ask how.

We work very hard here at the office and most of the time we work really long hours just to finish everything that needs to be done. Trying to run two growing companies can be tough on your mind, body, and soul so we decided it was time to get serious about our health.

As a staff, we've been doing P90X every day after work and it has definitely helped us stay energized and feeling much better overall throughout the days. Some of the guys here are trying to gain weight and add muscle mass, but my goal is to lose some weight and get fit again. Sitting at a desk for the past 3 years hasn't been nice to my body so I'm on a mission to get my athleticism back. Even started playing hockey again! Either way, the program is solid and I'm glad that getting in shape is becoming a trend again in our lives. It's about time!

Also had to invest in some equipment to keep us lean and mean at the warehouse.

I've never done this before but these protein power drinks are essential for the after-workout recovery. Delicious too!

Off topic, but did you know that hot girls love Nong Shim noodle bowls? Ask Shay Maria. Every time she visits, she takes two!

Ok, on to the real toys. Like I mentioned at the beginning of this post, sometimes an equipment upgrade is necessary. We just recently finally upgraded to a larger, more efficient exposure unit for our silk screens. Already noticing the increase in efficiency after a couple days!

Finally got a REAL screen rack too! Before this, we were just leaning them all against the wall, but that got way to messy.

The last two may seem like nothing to you, but to us they make our lives so much easier! Check out this awesome cart we got. Seriously, it helps.

And before we had these garment baskets with wheels, we just used huge cardboard boxes to catch the shirts. Every time we found a new huge box to use, we were stoked! And now that we have these, you can imagine how excited we were.

We're nerds, I know. Just more small ways that we're helping our companies and ourselves grow and mature. Progress!

Wormwood

The most hated band on planet Earth. Too much? Not for The Acacia Strain. In fact, that's just how they like it.

We first met these guys when my brother and I were still on tour with Dear Life and our booking agent at the time happened to be the same as theirs. We got thrown into an opening spot on a tour with The Acacia Strain, All Shall Perish, and Since the Flood. Probably the most brutal bands you could think of, yet the nicest guys we've ever encountered.

Ever since then, we've kept in close contact with Vincent and he and the rest of the guys have been representing for the brand around the world in front of hundreds of kids a night.

They just recently had a new record come out called Wormwood and if I had to describe it in two words: FUCKING PISSED. It's heavy, it's raw, and it doesn't pull any punches. They also released a video for their single "The Hills Have Eyes" and as you can see from this screen shot, Vincent is sporting his "made-for-L&O-bands-only" logo tank top.

To go along with the theme of the video, they will be embarking on a US tour cleverly titled "To Catch a PredaTOUR" with The Red Chord, Terror, Gaza, and more. They'll also be hitting Europe hard shortly before that so if you're anywhere close by, don't miss it!

Last but not least, I've finally started to develop some ideas for a couple little collaboration projects between our brand and the band. I've tapped artist Ed Brescia for one of them and the other will involve someone a little closer to the band so that you get a collective effort from both sides of our worlds.

Pure unadulterated misanthropic creativity. Let's see what happens!

Since we needed another excuse to party, we've joined forces with our good friends in LA Lemon, KVTTRS, Mega Merch, and Elm Company to bring you a collective sample sale and pre-party series of events. Third Time's The Charm

Between the Agenda Tradeshow and our 3 Year Anniversary Sample Sale, it has been a very exciting and eventful two weeks for our brand. Each time we are faced with a new challenge, we meet it with the same aggressive attitude and always shoot higher than before. It's a trip to see how far we've come but it's even more of a trip to discover how far we can really take this.

Sometimes we forget to take a step back and look at everything we've accomplished. We get so caught up in the flow that we often don't have time to reflect on the goals we've reached. We become so busy that we're already focused on the next task at hand and ready to keep pushing forward. This is the exact reason why we have these "anniversary" sales and parties. We just need to remind ourselves why we're doing this in the first place.

With that being said, throughout this week I will be recapping the last couple weeks starting with the 3 Year sale and going backwards. Before I unleash these photos on you, I just want to throw out a giant THANK YOU to every single person who supports us for what we do. Regardless if buy or wear the clothing at all, the people who support us have chosen to support people who work extremely hard to do what they want to do with their lives. You've given us a chance to live our dreams and for that, we are eternally grateful. With the entirety of our hearts, thank you so much for everything. Everything matters.

Agenda Primer

For the last week, we've been promoting our upcoming Fall / Winter 10 collections and it is for good reason. As you may or may not know, the Agenda Tradeshow is taking place this week in Huntington Beach, CA and we couldn't be more excited. For the first time, we will be showcasing at a tradeshow and we are eager to work hard for this opportunity we have been given. If you are attending the Agenda Tradeshow, please be sure to stop by our booth in the Primer section at Agenda. The show is Wednesday August 4th and Thursday August 5th. Winter 10 Graphic Tees

We did it, folks! This will be the final preview for our upcoming Fall/Winter 10 collections. Hope you enjoyed them as much as we enjoyed dreaming it all up! The last few months have been the most intense we've ever experienced as a company and we just want to take this time to thank everyone for their support. We're always pushing forward for more and we tend to set our goals pretty high. We're about to embark on another new experience for our brand with the upcoming Agenda Tradeshow and we're both extremely excited and nervous about it at the same time. Never in our wildest dreams did we imagine we would be at this point. Three years ago we started in a little one-car garage and now we have the opportunity to take this passion project to the next level. Buckle your seat belts, ladies and gentlemen! It's going to be a wild ride!

Winter 10 Outerwear

We've upgraded our outerwear game once again for Winter 10 and we are proud to say it is the best fleece product range we've ever put together. The garments are top notch and I think a lot of you will appreciate the new details that we've added. With that being said, the highlight of this segment isn't even a fleece product. For Winter 10, we will be releasing a very limited, lightweight faux leather hoodie jacket entitled the Blackout Jacket. Black on black, for the win!
